The BCCC Financial Aid Office has scheduled “FAFSA Nights” to answerfinancial aid questions and help current and incoming students fileFree Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) forms. During theseevents, BCCC will provide a detailed outline of the financial aid process.Throughout the programs, a BCCC Financial Aid Specialist will behelping students who would like to apply for federal financial aid for the2022-2023 and 2023-2024 academic years.

WHAT TO BRING OR COMPLETE:To complete a FAFSA, students must know or bring the following:
Know their social security number (or Alien Registration Number for non-U.S. citizens)
Bring 2020 federal income tax return for 2022-23 FAFSA
Bring 2021 federal income tax return for 2023-24 FAFSA
Bring your W-2 and other records of untaxed income
If applicable, students must also bring bank statements and records of investments. Dependent students will also need to bring most of the required FAFSA information for their parents. Before arriving at a “FAFSA Night” program, students must create a Federal Student Aid ID at https://studentaid.gov/fsa-id/sign-in/ landing. The ID gives students access to Federal Student Aid’s online systems and can serve as a legal signature.
