Baltimore City Department of Transportation issued the following announcement on Sept. 1.
In preparation for incoming Hurricane Ida, The Baltimore City Department of Transportation (BCDOT) and the Parking Authority of Baltimore City (PABC) announced today that sandbags and parking will be available for Baltimore City residents in preparation for heavy rains expected on Wednesday, September 1, 2021.
