Home prices increased in Woodlawn during May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Woodlawn rose by $54,500 while total sales increased by two percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $293,000 - a 22.9 percent increase over the $238,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Woodlawn in May 2021.
